My name is David Brindley and I have lived and worked in Newent, Gloucestershire as a freelance illustrator for almost 25 years.
I am delighted to introduce this new series of detailed watercolour Limited Editions showing views from around The Royal Forest of Dean and The Wye Valley. The collection was born from my initial interest in producing views of May Hill, a favourite location, and the seeds for the series grew from the three May Hill compositions exhibited here. This first selection also includes scenes of Ross-on-Wye and Symonds Yat and over the next few weeks I will be extending the series with paintings of an Autumn Walk at Beechenhurst, Tintern Abbey in the Wye Valley and Newent Lake.
The Giclée prints, presented on conservation grade archival quality 100% cotton rag paper are limited to 195 copies, individually signed and numbered.
Thank you for your interest - hope you enjoy my Wyedean Watercolour Collection.
